Wolverine First Apperance

Everyone's favorite Canadian superhero, Wolverine. This was his costume when he first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #181. Wolverine, an agent of the Canadian government, is sent out into the Canadian wilderness to hunt down the Hulk.

My goal when I started this drawing was just to draw Wolverine out in the wild. Eventually I realized that this would be the perfect opportunity to put him in a story context. I would like to maybe do a second drawing of Wolverine when he finds the Hulk. We shall see, but for now, enjoy!
